If you are following a dream you are never throwing your life away.

As for feeling half-dead, well if you are truly following your dream then you should feel alive.

I have walked the same path and its a bitch, but if you are simply unsure if your current path is the right for you then try something completely new, maybe even something you never imagined you ever thought you would try.

And screw everything related to "knowing what you want to do with your life" At our age (i am 2 years older) its just plain stupid to think that we are going to know what we want to do with our lives. Whomever set that idea to life was the biggest idiot there is or just among the lucky few who knew from an early age, but most never know. There is only one thing to do, take the time and try new things and find what you like to do and try that
